The Hongde management and technical team has more than 20 years of experience in the production of rhenium products, with extensive experience in mass production management and quality control. Hongde’s predecessor was Lingbao Solid Waste Recycling Test Plant established in 1999. In 2021, invited by the Zhuji Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau, Zhuji Hongde New Materials Co., Ltd. was established and officially settled in Zhuji Economic Development Zone. Since entering the field of rare metal manufacturing in 1999, starting with the research and production of ammonium perrhenate, Hongde has focused on the research and production of rhenium products for more than 20 years. Hongde’s product purity, quality stability, and supply stability are highly recognized by customers and upstream and downstream enterprises.
Hongde’s Zhuji plant has built multiple production lines across the entire industry chain, including rhenium chemicals, basic rhenium metal materials, complex and irregularly shaped rhenium metal parts, new materials containing rhenium, and rhenium alloy materials. The annual production capacity of the rhenium metal production line can reach 30 tons, and it has successfully passed ISO9001 and ISO45001 certifications. Test results of multiple batches of products show that Hongde’s high-purity rhenium products have a purity of 99.99958%, and ammonium perrhenate has a purity of 99.9998%. Hongde’s purification, reduction, and smelting technologies related to rhenium products are among the world’s leading levels.
